Hi, I'm Lia.
I’ve found that clients appreciate respect, empathy, and a relaxed approach – all of which you’ll find with me. As you can imagine, the topics discussed in therapy can sometimes get a little intense! I don’t, however, believe the overall theme of our therapy sessions needs to be overly serious, so a joke might pop out, swear words are welcome, and you can feel comfortable coming to sessions as your authentic self.
I want clients to feel in control of their lives, so my approach to therapy is very active. Together, we'll create a toolbox to help you gain better control over your emotions and improve your connections with the people in your life.
