Crystal Casey, M.Ed., M.A.
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)
Taking care of our mental health is crucial, as it affects every aspect of our lives. Sometimes life can get overwhelming, and you may feel lost or stuck. You may be struggling with a new ADHD diagnosis or trying to make sense of difficult events. I want you to know that you do not have to face these challenges alone! Seeking support may seem daunting, but in addition to being a powerful first step toward your healing journey, it's also a brave and empowering choice. Remember that it's never too late to start taking care of yourself.

Together, we can pinpoint the specific areas you wish to concentrate on so I can support you in managing these difficulties. As you begin to learn the correct skills and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, you’ll find that you will eventually feel a sense of confidence in your ability to tackle any future stressors that may arise.

What It's Like to Work With Crystal

Getting to know my clients on a personal level and learning about all the things that make them unique is one of my favourite parts of my job! And while building friendly connections with my clients is something I always enjoy, I also understand that being your authentic self can sometimes be challenging in today's world. That is why I am dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard without any fear or hesitation.
During sessions, I greatly value collaboration, honesty, respect, and empowerment, as I believe they create the foundation for a truly inspiring environment. You are the expert in your own life, so you and I will work together as a team to achieve your goals.

Outside of Work
When I am not connecting with my amazing clients, you might find me hiking the icy cold tundra with my husband and our two rescue dogs. I love nature, and spending time outdoors helps me recharge. When I am taking a break from the frigid temperatures, I love to curl up with a hot cup of tea and my cats and get lost in the pages of a good book.
I also enjoy trying new recipes and baking up a storm in my kitchen! Creating sweet treats that I can share with the people around me brings a smile to my face. You will also find me volunteering in my community for causes near and dear to my heart, such as animal rescue and youth engagement.
